Airport Transfers

Pre-bookings for arrival airport transfers are now closed. Delegates who still need to book an arrival airport transfers are welcome to connect with our WAS16 team at the MTN stores at Cape Town International Airport. They will be at the airport from 7am until 11:30pm on Saturday 17 Sept, Sunday 18 Sept and Monday 19 Sept at both the Domestic and International Arrivals terminals. The WAS16 help desk will be located on your right when you arrive in the Arrivals Hall after clearing through luggage area. A banner with the conference logo will be visible in front of the MTN stores.

 

Our team members will wear green T-shirts with the WAS16 logo printed on the front.

 

Departure airport transfers can be booked at the WAS16 Travel and Tours Desk in the Registration foyer at the conference venue (CTICC) during the following times: Sunday 18 September 2pm – 8pm, Monday 19 September – Wednesday 21 September daily from 8am – 5pm.
